My name is Raymond Delacruz and I'm an artist from  Philadelphia, PA. I started writing raps, and recording songs as a teen and discovered my "eye" and love for the visual arts as an adult. I still produce music and paintings, but recently photography has become my favorite medium to express my thoughts and ideas.

I would say my main inspirations are the industrial man-made aesthetic of the city and the  natural world that it imposes itself on. That and the fact that I believe any and everything is art in some capacity. My favorite subject matter is naturally banal objects that would otherwise be considered ordinary. I believe part of my job as a photographer is to offer the viewer a choice, so I often use series photography to extend this point.
